DUNKIRK one of the best storytelling movies I've ever seen and the editing and cinematography of the movie itself is fascinating. So first let's talk little about the story behind the word DUNKIRK. Dunkirk is a small town on the coastal side of France and the German army was involved in capturing France and ultimately Nazis forced more than 300,000 soldiers to a small town called 'Dunkirk' and hoping to let them die by cutting their water lines and food sources. The story is about one amateur France soldier trying to escape alongside their army to the England side while overcoming all the difficulties.


Christopher Nolan
Christopher Nolan one of the best directors (We will talk about this man later in our blog) in Hollywood and out of the box thinker when it comes to movie making. He directed this movie and produced it. Mr. Nolan's take on this story is beautiful how he uniquely covey the story to the audience is outstanding.

TimeLine Usually a movie may consist of ONE timeline and the story is told from one end to the other but in DUNKIRK we can see three timelines are basically divided using the place those respective scenes occur (AIR, SEA, GROUND). I want to talk more about the TIMELINE in this movie and how Mr.Nolan used his way of storytelling to make this movie as thrilling and horrific as possible. 


 NO Main Character It's quite surprising  but in DUNKIRK we can't find the main character, at the first half it seems like the movie has a main character who is TOMMY - Fionn Whitehead but he barely speaks in the movie and to the latter part 'Tommy' becomes lesser and lesser and the sub-characters are introduced to the movie such that TOMMY's impact on the story slowly fades away,
